  • Synopsis

    “Code: Despot” is a TV series, social and character comedy by genre. The story is located in Belgrade, moving from time to time to authentic Serbian suburbs and countryside, small towns and villages as well. It portrays the life of a young man Despot Despotovic, gifted and talented computer expert, lacking of good luck and fortune in personal life. Despot lives with his father Zivota, ex colonel in Yugoslav army and mother Rumenka. The series and their life story in fact depict the times we live in.

    Trying to get through the life and make his living, as the only employee in his IT company “Despot & Co”, in every of 70 episodes of the series, Despot Despotovic takes us to various places and social environments – from poultry farms, fitness centers, hospitals, factories, lawyers offices, to dance schools, fashionistas, NGOs and many other locations, giving the authors an extraordinary frame to develop great comical relations and situations that would entertain and amuse TV audience, with plenty of optimistic humor, based on Serbian mentality and temperament.
